I’m a proven success-oriented entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in real estate, media, and technology development. I’ve managed to leverage all my knowledge to create District Real Estate®.
During my pre-District Real Estate® days, I enabled the Bryan Group to facilitate more than $150 million in real estate sales for several leading-edge developers, both publicly and privately held companies. At Keller Williams, I was a licensed NAR GREEN™ Realtor, responsible for selling the very first LEED Platinum home in Maryland (the Bethesda Netzero Home).
Outside of work. I enjoy participating in wellness and spiritual activities around the world. I’m also currently designing sacred geometry-based earth homes in Peru, which taps into my desire to design homes around modern lifestyles and technology that prove functional, efficient, and of course, stylish. I also actively support children’s rights and rainforest conservation groups.
I live in Dickerson, Maryland with my extended family and trusted Staffordshire Terrier, Cocoa and our 8 chickens.

I completed an extensive redevelopment of a multi-family property in Columbia Heights and was looking for a team to bring it to market. I met with several brokers, but Fritz and Ken of District Real Estate impressed me with their thorough analysis and knowledge of local DC submarkets. They put together a pricing strategy and handled all of the advertising, met with other brokers & investors for tours, and deconflicted events with tenants which made the process easy on me. District Real Estate then shepherded the accepted contract through the challenging requirements of DC’s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA). While I can’t say dealing with TOPA was entirely stress free for me, Ken and Fritz were always calm and worked diligently on tenant requests and to obtain required documents for closing. They were very responsive to all parties and I was amazed by their ability to navigate so many moving parts successfully. Overall they did a wonderful job handling my asset and I would recommend them to any other investor looking to sell their rental property in DC.
